Registration
Early registration is encouraged and can be done online or by mail. You will be able to register at the event. Early registrants (online or postmarked by 3/10/24) will be entered into the Early Bird Raffle. All registration fees MUST be paid in full prior ro officially checking in. Registration fees are non-refundable
Registration Fees
Adult registration for this fundraising event include one campsite (first come, first serve basis), your Boat Pass, an Event Hat, Friday nights BBQ, Saturday nights Steak Dinner and Award Ceremony and entry into the Grand Prize Raffle.
- Adult: 16 & older – $150
- Child/Teen: 10-15 years old – $25
- Child: Under 10 years – Free
- Dinner Only: (no fishing entry) – $50

Roosevelt Lake, Grapevine Group: Egret, Cormorant, and Teal Loops. (maps available online)
Camping Information
Campsites are available (first-come, first-served) starting Thursday, April 4th at 3 p.m. There are bathrooms and showers at the campgrounds but no hookups. All USFS campground rules apply. No ATV’s in campgrounds. (The closest accommodations/store is at Tonto Basin, so plan accordingly)
Tournament Check-In
Thursday 4-6 p.m., Friday 8 a.m.-5 p.m. and Saturday 8 a.m.-Noon. All registrants must check in to participate. At check in you’ll be required to sign a waiver before receiving your wristband. Your wristband MUST be worn throughout the tournament and at weigh-in.
Weigh-In
Friday & Saturday: 3 -5 p.m. You MUST have your wristband to weigh in.
Your fish must be LIVE to be part of the weigh-in.

What We Do
Fishing 4 Funds began in 1986 as the Lamar Haines Fishing Tournament bringing together a group of business owners to enjoy the outdoors and raise money for the Flagstaff community. Along the way the Tournament’s name was changed to Fishing 4 Funds, and in 2012, the Flagstaff Sunrise Lions Club took on the event and began evolving it into a family-oriented, old-fashioned fishing tournament.Â
The event is organized and staffed by volunteers allowing 100% of the proceeds to go to Northern Arizona’s and Lions Club International‘s non-profit organizations and programs such providing eye exams and eyeglasses to those in need, Lions Camp Tatiyee which is dedicated to enriching the lives of individuals with special needs, Leader Dog Program, as well as community projects that support local children and schools through scholarships and mentoring, feed the hungry, and aide our seniors.

Lions Serve!
It’s that simple, and it’s been that simple since Lions Club International began in 1917. Our Club, the Flagstaff Sunrise Lions consists of men, women, and youth from all walks of life who give their valuable time and efforts to improve our community and the world. In addition to supporting a wide array of Northern Arizona non-profit organizations, especially those that provide sight and hearing services, which carry out the Lions Club International’s mission, we support international programs including the Peace Poster Contest, Youth Camps and Exchange and Lions Quest.
The Flagstaff Sunrise Lions Club meets every Tuesday morning from 6:45 – 7:30 a.m. at Mike and Rhonda’s west side location. Come join us at a meeting to learn more about our Club, as well as volunteer opportunities at events we host and support throughout the year like the Flagstaff Demolition Derby, Bi-annual Property Auction, Camp Tatiyee, and Fishing 4 Funds.

Plans are underway for the 40th annual Fishing 4 Funds fundraiser at Roosevelt Lake, Friday, April 5th – Saturday, April 6th. This family-oriented fishing tournament is organized and staffed by Flagstaff Sunrise Lions Club member and volunteers so 100% of the proceeds can go directly to assisting nonprofit organizations and programs.
